Principal Father Clive Telles staff and winners of Live Wire 2021

Don Bosco Higher Secondary School (DBHSS) organised its Annual Interclass Festival, LIVEWIRE 2021 in the virtual cum physical mode on November17, 2021.

The theme, Bloom with Colours was a great way to showcase talents in the fields of dance, different forms of art and knowledge. The event was categorized in three sections, Online onstage events - Prop dance and Fashion show, Online offstage events- Vegetable carving competition, Rangoli competition, Fountain making, Blended digital photo collage and Live event- The Final Countdown (Quiz).

The event commenced with the formal welcome of the Principal, Father Clive Telles in the Bicentenary hall. Hosts Chetna Thanki, Moses Sequeira and Zaafirah Siddique ensured clarity to the listeners both online and offline.

A short video of the judges and the students performing their artworks was presented followed by the announcement of the winners. The students had a glint of pride in their eyes as they watched the mesmerizing performances of their fellow classmates.

The Quiz rounds were held at different intervals in between the other competitions on three different areas namely, Salesians of Don Bosco, Newspaper round and World of sports. Each team of three students represented their respective classes.
XI Arts was declared the winner followed by XI Science B as the Runners up. General Secretary, Nikiah Fonseca Da Silva proposed the vote of thanks.

The event was successfully coordinated by Teachers Joseph, Dhanashri, Mahima, Aloma, Aditi and Zenobia with help and support from the other staff members.
