Fr Joaqum Lobo with Varun Hegde sign MoU for industry ready education

Don Bosco College (DBC), Panjim, and Untraced Paths Travellers LLP (Soul Travelling) have united to promote learning and development programs for college students, specifically the department of BBA Travel and Tourism. Soul Travelling is one of Goa’s premier offbeat experience-based travel companies known for their Walking Trails, Village Excursions and Cultural Trails in the state of Goa.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focusses on imparting skill-based training, education and research on developing a tourism ecosystem that will benefit the student and academic community of Goa. The major areas of collaboration cover industrial trainings and visits, research and development, guest lectures and faculty development programs.

The Agreement was signed on January 11, 2021 between Director of DBC Panjim, Fr. Joaquim Lobo, and Founder, Untraced Paths Travellers LLP, Mr. Varun Hegde, in the presence of Principal, Dr. Cedric Silveira, Department Coordinator Steffi Dias, Assistant Professors Sneha Sawant, Twinkle Fernandes and Gilbert Mendes of the BBA Travel and Tourism department.
